Methods of paying fees
Fees are due in three termly instalments. Payment is due not later than the 1st week of term. We do offer payment by Direct Debit instalments where the payment will be taken on the first working day of each month from August 1st to July 1st. If monthly direct debit payments are returned unpaid then payment via Direct debit Instalments will be withdrawn and termly instalments will be due. If you wish for your direct debit to be taken on an alternative date, please let the Bursar know when you return the form.
Cheques or bankers drafts can be posted or delivered to the school office.
If you wish to pay by BACS transfer or Counter Payment (GIRO) at a branch of Lloyds Bank, please pay into Account number 57454468, Sort Code 30-97-13 and make sure that you give a reference code for your payment. The code should be your child’s admission number and name as found on your school fees invoice.
Payment can also be made with a debit/credit card at the school office or over the phone. A 2.25% charge will be added for payment by credit card to cover costs incurred by the school.
Please note that, because of security and insurance requirements, the School Office is unable to accept cash payments. Fees that are not paid on time are subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per calendar month or part there of and direct debits or cheques that fail are subject to a £30 admin charge. A pupil may be excluded from the School at any time when fees are unpaid and will be deemed withdrawn without notice 28 days after exclusion. A term’s fees in lieu will then be payable.
Upon the offer of a place, in order to secure the place for your child, a Bond Payment of £700 will become due. On leaving the school, proving there are no fees outstanding, £500 will be refunded without interest.
Please be aware that as per the terms and conditions of the signed Agreement, notice in writing must be given to the Headmaster no later than the first day of a term at the end of which it is intended that a pupil shall be withdrawn. In the absence of such notice a full term’s fees in lieu of notice must be paid.
